About the DS200DMCAG1AHC

The DS200DMCAG1AHC is a PC Interface Board made by GE for its Mark V series of Speedtronic turbine control systems. The Mark V Series is a legacy series and is no longer supported by GE. It may be somewhat hard to find, but AX Control does try to keep it stocked as either a new surplus or refurbished part. This DS200DMCAG1AHC printed circuit board is specifically definable as a Gen/Log/Key Interface Board, as it is described in original Mark V Series instructional manual materials. This DS200DMCAG1AHC printed circuit board is not the original Gen/Log/Key Interface Board that was manufactured for placement in the Mark V Series, however; that would be the parent DS200DMCAG1 printed circuit board option missing this DS200DMCAG1AHC product's three significant revisions.

Hardware Tips and Specifications

As with any Mark V Series product, this DS200DMCAG1AHC Gen/Log/Key Interface Board makes use of its own series of specific hardware component inclusions and specifications to gain normative functionality. The DS200DMCAG1AHC is a very large rectangular printed circuit board that contains many different components. Along the edges and corners, there are factory drilled holes that can be used to mount the board into place; these holes have been insulated in observance of potentially-present surface voltages.

Along the bottom edge of this DS200DMCAG1AHC PCB are three connectors that have male pin connections. In the top, left corner of the board are a series of four blue capacitors. There are nine resistors that are scattered around these capacitors. Next to the series of four capacitors is a smaller blue capacitor that is directly next to an inductor coil. There is a female RS-232 26-pin d-shell connector that has the ability to screw into place as well in the assembly of this Mark V Series product. Next to that is a series of large integrated circuits, standard to most General Electric PCBs. Above the RS-232 connection is an another integrated circuit; this one accompanied by four resistors. Below the relays are fourteen integrated circuits and fourteen resistor network arrays. Below the inductor coil and RS-232 connector are seventeen resistors, twenty-seven integrated circuits, and four resistor network arrays. There are also a good number of diodes scattered in this section. Below the four capacitors are four more relays and a very small auxiliary daughterboard that has eight integrated circuits, and there are ten resistors next to the small circuit card. All of these aforementioned hardware components should be well-protected by the normal style of PCB protective coating offered to the assembly of this DS200DMCAG1AHC Mark V Series product.
