The 3500/15 is a high voltage AC/DC power module developed by Bently Nevada.
It is a semi-tall module that must be installed in a designated slot on the left side of
the rack. This component is used as a power module for the Bentley Nevada
mechanical condition monitoring system.
It has the following characteristics:
A variety of input voltages can be accepted and converted into voltages that can be
used by other 3500 modules.
General AC power supply, high voltage DC power supply, low voltage DC power supply
and other options can meet different power needs.
The AC power supply and DC power supply can be combined to adapt to different
application scenarios.
One or two AC and DC power supplies can be accommodated in the rack, and the whole
rack can be powered by any power supply.
When two power supplies are placed in the rack, one of the bottom slots is used as the
primary power supply and one of the higher slots is used as the backup power supply.
If a second power supply is installed, it acts as a backup to the first power supply. As long
as a second power supply is installed, removing or inserting either power module will not
affect the operation of the rack.
It is compatible with universal AC power supplies and PIMs (power input modules), but not
with Legacy 3500 AC power supplies, high-voltage AC PIMs, and low-voltage AC PIMs.
It also cannot be used with the Legacy 3500 high and low voltage DC power supply and PIM.
The main function of the 3500/15 is to provide power, which is a high-voltage AC/DC power
supply module that can convert the input AC voltage into the DC voltage that other 3500 modules
can use.
In addition, the 3500/15 also has a real-time monitoring function, which can monitor various
parameters in the production process in real time, such as temperature, pressure, liquid level,
flow rate, etc., and control and adjust according to the preset parameter range to ensure the
stability and reliability of the production process.
