suitable for condition monitoring of machines with rolling bearings and vibration measurement in units 

of speed.

The working principle of the piezoelectric accelerometer is to use the piezoelectric effect. When an external 

force is applied along the polarization direction of the piezoelectric crystal to deform it, the internal polarization 

of the piezoelectric crystal occurs, and the opposite polarity of the charge appears on the two ends of the 

force. If the external force is removed, the piezoelectric crystal returns to its initial state, which is the positive 

piezoelectric effect. By measuring the amount of charge at both ends of the piezoelectric crystal, the external 

force applied can be calculated, and the acceleration value can be obtained.
