Functions and Uses:

The GE Fanuc IC200PWR102 Power Supply Booster Carrier is used to install 

additional power in series with other module carriers in the system.

The power supply on the supercharger carrier provides power to each I/O module 

located to the right or above that unit until the next supercharger power supply is

 in the same system.

The DC or AC power supply on the NIU or CPU and the power supply present in 

the supercharger carrier should use an equivalent external power supply.

LED indication:

The supercharger carrier has two leds, a "PWR" LED and an "OK" LED.

The "PWR" LED displays the functional status of the connected booster power supply.

The "OK" LED displays the functional status of the NIU or CPU and the connected

 booster power supply.

Installation and fixing:

The booster carrier shall be properly mounted on a 7.5 mm x 35 mm DIN rail.

To ensure that DIN rails provide EMC protection, they should be electrically grounded

 and the surface should be conductive and corrosion-resistant.

To provide mechanical shock and vibration protection, the IC200PWB001 Power 

Supply Booster Carrier shall be mounted on the panel.

Size:

The booster power supply measures 66.8 mm x 133.4 mm x 70 mm (2.63 inches x 5.25 inches x 2.75 inches).

Remove:

The user needs to remove the booster carrier from the DIN rail by removing the screws

 used to attach it.

If the supercharger carrier is located between other carrier units, the user needs to remove

 them because there are mating connectors on the side.

To properly remove the supercharger carrier, the user needs to pull the tie rod of the DIN

 rail outward and tilt it.
