The IC600BF914 Output Module is an isolated AC output module made by GE Fanuc. 

It is designed to be used with the GE Series Six PLCs for providing switching capabilities

 between the power supply and the load. It can be installed in the I/O rack or GE Model 

60 CPU rack. The IC600BF914 Output Module includes 6 optically isolated outputs which

 have a TRIAC device as the switching device. The outputs are capable of connecting the 

output terminal to the corresponding high side of the user power supply. There is a 

transparent potion on the faceplate that houses the indicator LEDs. One of the indicators 

displays the status of the circuit fuse and another one indicates whether the circuit coil is 

energized.

The IC600BF914 Isolated AC Output Module has 3-Amps output circuits to control large 

loads without interposing relays. Its optically coupled data path ensures electrical isolation 

between the controller and the field devices.  Some of the specifications of this module are

 +5 Volts DC and 460 milliamps of power requirement, 3 Amps of maximum on-state current,

 less than half a cycle of on-delay, and half a cycle of off-delay. The user-supplied voltage

 range of the module is from 180 to 260 Volts AC. The IC600BF914 Isolated AC Output Module 

must be installed in an I/O rack by using the extraction and insertion tools which are designed

 for the GE Series Six CPUs. Additional care should be taken when handling the faceplate of

 the module to avoid electrical hazards. This module is suitable to interface with solenoids and 

motor control centers in different industrial applications.
