which is a Type 2 module. It is manufactured as part of the GE Series Six PLC product

 for the control, connection, and status of the module. The main purpose of the

 IC600CB537 communication control module is to provide a serial interface between 

the GE Fanuc Series Six CPU and any other intelligent devices that can be used to

 initiate communication, depending on the required Type 2 and Type 3 communication

 control module protocols and the required electrical interface. The Series Six CCM2,

 CCM3, or input and output CCM are some of the intelligent devices that can support

 this interfacing. Other devices that can be interfaced include the host computer or a
