The Series 90-70 IC697ACC644 device is manufactured by GE Fanuc as an accessory for the Series 90-70 modules. The IC697ACC644 device is a rack fan assembly that can be installed with a GE Fanuc Series 90-70 module to cool it down during operation in excessively hot industrial environments. In standard environments, Series 90-70 modules can usually regulate their temperatures on their own, but accessories like the IC697ACC644 rack fan assembly allow these modules to be used in a wider variety of applications safely and reliably. This fan assembly contains 2 fans, its input power rating is 6.7 Watts per fan and its line current rating is 0.28 Amps per fan. The IC697ACC644 rack fan assembly also comes with a filter made of polyurethane foam that is rated at 30 PPI.

The GE Fanuc IC697ACC644 rack fan assembly has a voltage rating of 24 Volts DC. It can operate at temperatures as low as -28 degrees Celsius, but for best results, it should be used in an ambient temperature range from 0 to 70 degrees Celsius. It has a rotor and a plastic retainer. The plastic retainer is UL-rated, and the IC697ACC644 rack fan assembly as a whole is certified by the CE and cULus standards. This rack fan assembly is meant to be installed with screws, and it can be installed in a 5-slot rack when it is used to cool down a Series 90-70 PLC or in a 9-slot rack when it is used to cool down a Rx7i device. The IC697ACC644 rack fan assembly is not waterproof and it should not be used in outdoor locations.
